I made an appointment for 2pm today with Dr Jensen for a consult for a colonoscopy that I need. I walked in the office at 1:45pm, no other patients in the room. I was ignored for a while and then asked my business. When I said I had an appt at 2:00 or 2:30 I was given a look of disbelief. I gave the lady my name and she said they cancelled my appointment. No reason. I took off half a day of work to be here. I can't just take off willy Nilly! I have a job and I need to work.

The office itself is very nice. The ladies working the desk are amazing and even brought my kids colouring pages! Dr. Wilson, himself, is also one of the best surgeons/doctors I have ever seen (havent had many procedures but hands down hes been so far the best). Had an emergency procedure and the man is just amazing. He is so compassionate and you can tell he cares about his patients. Hes very thorough and genuinely takes the time to listen to every concern and answer every question. If I could ever recommend a Dr and surgeon to anyone, Dr. Wilson takes the cake.

Horribly discouraged by this place. Last year was quoted 6 sessions @ 45 each to remove small tattoo. Went every 6 weeks for over a year. Not only is tattoo NOT EVEN HALFWAY gone, today i was told price has increased to 79.99. FOR 3 MINUTES WORK! Extremely overpriced, and they dont care about customers AT ALL! Now, i will be finding someone else to finish removal after investing over 500 for almost no results. DO NOT GO HERE!
