Mike Lee with Dayton Environmental Testing is an amazing professional. His knowledge and willingness to discuss his customer's concerns is just outstanding. A couple years ago I had him come out to do air sampling in my home after some abatement work and wound up having him sample some materials too. We had a great discussion regarding asbestos risks in my home. And now just recently I contacted him about an additional concern and he took time out of his day to give me a call and look at some emailed photos. Turns out I don't have a problem. Mike could have come out and charged me for a visit just to tell me that... he didn't and that means a lot to me. Mike's a real pro with a great customer oriented attitude and I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.

I called them after I removed some floor tile and then realized that it may contain asbestos. The gentleman I spoke with took a lot of time to explain everything to me in detail and was able to come out and sample the tile that same day. Fortunately the tile did not have asbestos in it. They are a top notch company which is hard to find these days.
I highly recommend this company. Will use again if we ever need anything else tested for asbestos.
I was attempting to do some DIY home remodeling and kept being told conflicting information when it came to asbestos and removal of popcorn ceilings and flooring. I was confused and ready to give up then decided to try to talk to a professional. The owner of Dayton Environmental Testing, Michael, took the time to answer my questions when I called him. He didn't make me feel like I was bothering him. Answered my questions, put my mind at ease and helped me make sense of the conflicting information I had been told by friends. I appreciate his time and highly recommend!
