Seemed helpful on the phone for some ground lamb for a valentines dinner for my wife. Said didnt have any on hand but to come out next day and they could fix me up. Drove 30 minutes to get and no one knows anything about it and can't help me. Outside of that cool little butcher shop, but expensive.

So I've started a small town meat market tour. Stever's is number#2. This is a great stop and very Bizzzy! I tried the Chorizo, the house Brat and the house Hot Dog, due to a referral. All were good but the shocker was the House Hot Dog. I mean who goes to a butcher shop to get a hotdog? I Sanoran'd it with house Bacon and cooked it at 275 on a pellet grill. Incredible! and I'm not much for Hot Dogs. Great staff, lot's of spices and sauces to choose from. I'll go back.

Went and got some ribeye steaks the other night and they were PHENOMENAL!! I will not be buying steak anywhere else from now on. Can't wait to get the turkey I ordered for Thanksgiving!

Walked in and had a couple questions. Waited in the front for a good 10 mins, the whole time being ignored. Many customers were walked in front of us and never once did someone ask what we needed. I guess questions are not meant to get answered at this place.. After being ignored, we finally just left....

Always great service and high quality meats. They have cases full of whatever you’d want or they will cut anything to your liking. It’s my go to butcher. Love this place!
