The Jeans are nice. I bought them for my son. But the customer service or ability to RETURN or EXCHANGE is does NOT EXIST! We bought multiple sized and have been trying to return them for 3 weeks. Contact us emails are NEVER returned. No phone number to call. No address on website to send them to. So pretty much BUYER BEWARE!

Well being a Chicago native and finding out they recently now have a store I have to say the Jeans are quite Unique for a pair made in Chicago,Illinois USA. I would strongly suggest if you order online and think your waist size is standardize think again. 36 does NOT fell like a 36 from other Made in USA jeans. The material is smother for denim. Similar to \Lucky Brand Jeans\ but better because they are made in USA (AKA the Windy City, Chicago) The good thing I have to also say is whether you ordered it online or bought at the store they will honor your exchanges and custom alter the lengths so that you do not have to fold the bottoms if it is too long. I just exchange mine for the relax fit because I thought tailor fit was gonna be a little loose on my thighs. I do not like the feel of skinny jeans especially in the summer time cause it feels to me uncomfortable and constricting. I thought the tailor would be a little lose on the thighs but it looks like relaxed fit was better choice. A little pricey for jeans @ 61 to 64 for lightest color plus the crazy Chicago Taxes but NOT too expensive like buying \True Religion\ jeans that is just overpriced Neiman Marcus USA made designer jeans. Hopefully your prices stay where it is @ and not end up to be 200 like Overpriced True Religion Jeans.

A little skeptical of \great\ reviews.... I've ordered face masks twice from them. The quality is good, not spectacular. And they're overpriced. Customer service/experience is definitely lacking. Discount/promo code wouldn't work on my 2nd order, even though I got an email telling me to use it. I upped my order to take advantage of \Free shipping\ with my 50 order but when I went to check out, all of a sudden I needed 80 for free shipping. So I cut my order in half, since I wasn't getting free shipping. After my order arrived, I expected to receive some kind of survey about my experience. Nope, nothing. So I'm very skeptical of all of the great reviews on their website... smells like fake or manufactured or embellished reviews. Probably not ordering from them again.....

My mother in law ordered masks from this company. And they sent the WRONG color. Inside the package was a typed note that they have shipped a replacement color since they ran out of the colors she wanted. NOT ONE EMAIL TO LET HER KNOW. She spent way too much money on these masks for them to be incorrect. An email would've been nice so she could've canceled her order. Money hungry much? She emailed to see if she could send these back... Not one response.

Pandemic profiteers -- these guys are selling masks that they never ship/deliver. I ordered masks two weeks ago; after 7 days, I reached out to check on the status of my order. It looks like they mistakenly shipped it to Denver. They told me it wasn't their problem and they wouldn't refund me or replace the masks. They then stopped responding to my emails. I've followed up about a dozen times and they continue to ignore me. I wanted to support a local business, but I really regret giving them my money. Pretty despicable.
