If I could rate this place anything less than one it would be a negative 5. They deserve no stars at all. I got there with a pair of boots I wanted to repair for my husband for Christmas I'm actually still sitting in front of the store. the very impersonal owner of the store walks out takes a looks at my boots and says \ What would you like done to them\ and I state that I would just like them to be repaired whatever we can do to make them look like new he then says we don't repair we just shine. So I guess he picks and chooses who he would like to service so I then asked him why does his shop say repair if all he does is shine shoes very very disappointed IM going to be running late for work this morning just because I wanted to take the time out to do this for my husband I would not recommend this place at all now I have to go and try to find somewhere at the mall

Service is awesome! I pulled up and the guy came out. He pulled out my shoes and in instinct he knew how much heel to cut! It took 15 minutes to get it done! Very professional establishment...
I was disappointed when I arrived at this place of business. I was serviced several months ago with no issues. The gentleman looked at my shoes and told me the price, I said ok just before he handed me a ticket. He also said it's going to be a 20 deposit. I said deposit, I wasn't charged a deposit before! It's poor business to abruptly implement a policy without notice. The fee was 35 therefore 20 was more than half which was not a deposit. I will take my business elsewhere. #itstheprinciple
Unfortunately LV was backed up and would have taken 3 months for an appointment so I reached out to Wesley chapel shoe repair. My LV speedy 35 zipper was repaired perfectly !
Called before taking the 26 mile drive to get the heel of my favorite shoe repaired.... The person at the door informed me that they are we’re not able to make the repair while I wait as described on the phone..... Luckily google showed a nearby shop that had my heel repaired within a reasonable amount of time.
