I have been looking for a bike for a while and came across Barbed wire they were great ,best Windy city dealer by far. Bianca was great in sales. I had a issues right after purchase and they stepped up and fixed it in a professional manor with great service and care for my needs and safety. Brian and Alex are amazing and really care. You need anything They mean business. I would recommend this dealer for anything, its worth the ride and better then any other Windy city dealer. Great customer service and devotion to selling QUALITY!

Barbed Wire Harley-Davidson is out in the country. Walking into the store you can feel the openess of the county. It's a very different feeling than other Harley-Davidson dealers I've been to. My only thing. I'm going around all the Harley-Davidson dealers in and around Chicagoland collecting Poker Chips and Barb Wires wasn't what I was expecting. Their Poker Chips are the most plain. I was expecting like old barns or corn, being in DeKalb and all. Or some kind of cool barbed wire farm fence. I dunno.. Still, its in the collection. The dealer t-shirt is definitely cool...

I love Harley-Davidson motorcycles because I like to watch them go down the street in DeKalb Illinois they are fascinating they catch my attention I wish that I could have a Harley Davidson Sidecar motorcycle but I have to have a driver's license for that but I like to look around at Harley-Davidsons but I'm really excited because of a book on it

I went with my son Jon, Arnett to get his first Harley. (May 31st 2020) We drove for 5 1/2 hours.. from southeast Michigan! The people working that day were the nicest, friendliest, kind people ever! I was treated like royalty and with respect. I was called a Rock Star mom! I felt special. My son got the Harley, ! Thank you Barbed Wire!

Nice dealership all the staff was very friendly and loved to hear from the first time or long running customers . Plenty of motorcycles to choose from and lots of apparel to choose from very clean inside and out . Very neatly decorated inside .
