If I could give zero stars I would. This facility is so unprofessional. The staff member here made my grandmothers passing one of the worst experiences of my life. I do not understand how people like the nurse I spoke with today got their license. As I was trying to get an update or anything, she was laughing as I was sobbing in the other end. Completely disrespectful and this will be something I’ll remember for the rest of my life. If you want your family to have a dignified future and be treated with respect do NOT send your family here. Believe all the other bad reviews because they are true.
