LUKE made the buying process very convenient! He was quick to respond to any questions I had and streamlined everything through text and emails. Dellenbach gave me a great discount on a new 21 Outback that was difficult to be matched at other dealerships. I would recommend them to anyone and would again like to thank Luke Bower. for the excellent customer buying experience. The sales and customer service staff was the most friendly and polite I have ever dealt with. The financier didn't try to strong arm me and up sale any packages. The only downside was that they had a car listed that was already sold so i had to comeback another day to finalize the new vehicle. 9/10

Our salesperson Craig was amazing. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and kept the process simple. We ended up having an issue with the truck we bought (bed size wasn't right, it was our fault) and he quickly figured out a solution. He was happy to help and was never annoyed with us contacting him about our issue. To us, that’s a sign of true great customer service. Not just the way a salesperson treats you before the sale is final, but how they treat you after. Chris Dellenbach and the finance guy were great too. Actually every person we dealt with was friendly & helpful. Best car-buying experience we’ve ever had.

6/2019: Damaged my car! Took my car in to replace a part that had been recalled. They took my car through their car wash and it experienced damaged to my sunroof. Was told that it was bad luck and that it wasn't their problem. Was very upset about how callous and rude they were about it. They could have at least offered to clean up the mess that was made when the wind deflector was ripped to shreds. Edit 9/2019: Thank you for the reply on Google (3 months later) but I had talked to a representative from your company over the phone a week after I had posted the review. They promised to fix the problem and promised to contact me when they had a solution...which your reply is the first contact I have had from your company since that phone call. Why would you think it is professional to put \what happened\ in quotes. This is the exact behavior I received when I went to your company. The facts are that I brought my car in for a repair and it came back damaged. I didn't have the car during that time and I am frustrated that you continue to treat me like I have been unreasonable in my request to have what was damaged replaced. I have had nothing but poor service from your company and how can I in good conscience not warn others about the treatment I have /continue to receive from your company. I would be happy to change our review if everything is made right. I will contact you and post updates as needed.

I’ve had many bad experiences at car dealerships but at Dellenbach I felt so comfortable and appreciated. Drew helped me find several cars that fit my needs and was very knowledgeable on every single one. We had no luck on my first visit but after countless texts with Drew we were able to find me the perfect car. Felt very nice to be remembered and not pressured into anything. I loved the atmosphere and how nice everyone was!
