The automotive service was spectacular of course. However Zach was supposed to get back to me after taking pictures of minor dents to see what the dent repair would cost. He never got back to me. Also, on the phone prior to my visit for service, he said he could have his guys clean my seats themselves even though the team wasn’t there. When my car came out after the excellent automotive service, I saw that the seats weren’t washed. Zach told me at that time I could do it only by prescheduling. So service gets a 10 but Zach ...

The staff are polite, efficient and knowledgeable as well as on time. The waiting area is like home, coffee, soda etc. Wide screen TV. Immaculately clean. I even got a complimentary car wash.
