They will deny most claims. I e 1,545 dental bill they paid 159. Next time was 441 dental bill they paid 76. They've got to be the worst insurance company in America. They claim two free dental cleanings a year. But they only pay 38 per cleaning leaving 55 balance each time! They reviewed my claim a 2nd time and sent me a check for 0.76 cents!! In NETWORK Dentists are a must with this company if you want any benefit.

Worst customer service of any business I've ever delt with. Website never works, app doesn't let you get in, you're bounced back and forth in their state of the art 1990 website between Wisconsin and Arizona, then given database error messages to fill in your name, policy number, and date of birth. No clear or even obscure contact info, endless phone trees that lead nowhere. Then you get condescending treatment from a rep because you're \angry.\ Just called dentist, got recommendation for new carrier, and signed up with them. These people want your money and couldn't care less about lifting a finger to earn it.

I've read a lot of negative comments but I haven't had a problem thus far with them. They are always polite and answer my questions in detail. So far so good.

Worst dental insurance I have ever had. I paid twice the monthly payment because they supposedly cover more. They always claim the didn't receive the proper info from my dentist in time, and then decline everything. My poor dental office has sent them 3 copies of everything, but they always claim they didn't get it. Get any other dental coverage but this! You are wasting your money. I can't wait to be able to cancel them.

You are better off without insurance if is this only option you company gives you. I find a cut rate dentist in their network so the insurance would cover only to have them tell me the dentist wasn't in the network. Then, the cut rate dentist who botches a root canal refer me to an endodontist who then gets the payment denied because re-treatments are only covered after 24 months. There is a reason for all the 1 star reviews. Consider yourself warned.
