This was my first visit to this dental office and let’s just say I was very impressed. I scheduled an appointment online and within 5mins I received a call from the office to get me all setup. They actually seen me the same day because I was having tooth pain. This is very unlikely to happen for a new patient. From the lady that called me,the person that checked me in, the guy that performed my X-rays to the Dentist herself. Everyone was so nice and friendly I felt very comfortable. The dentist was very thorough and showed me my X-rays and explained to me what was going on and what needed to be done. I also explained that I would be leaving out of town in a few days and needed to get the work done before I left. They made it possible for me to come back before I leave to get it done. I’m very impressed not to mention it’s VERY CLEAN. I absolutely love this place!!

I just love the ease the staff gives me when ever I am there. They are, for a lack of a better term like a comfortable blanket.. They tell you what is about to happen prior to starting a procedure and even when they are preforming a procedure. They truly do put the patient at ease.

My kids have been going to DentalWorks Clearwater for a few years now. It's always a pleasant experience, especially with the front desk staff. This time was my turn. The tech was very patient with me during the x-rays. She had to retake a few of them because I gag very easily and the x-ray plate was hell. But, she was very patient and coached me to stay calm and breath, until we got through it. Dr. Pinney was very pleasant and gentle with my teeth. He did a very thorough check on my gums and teeth and tongue, and most of all, he didn't ask me a bunch of questions while sticking instruments in my mouth.... Over all, a pretty good experience, which is a lot to say about a visit to the dentist.

I’ve spent a lot of time In dental chairs in various dental offices. I understand the anxiety people can have going to the dentist. I have always felt comfortable and welcome at Dental Works. I’ve been a patient at the clinic for several years and have yet to have an experience where I wasn’t satisfied with the service provided. The staff and doctors are friendly and kind. I appreciate the doctors are quick with procedures but also provide great work. I was nervous about the practice the first time I went because how good could a dentist be operating upstairs in a Sears? But I was wrong. They’re now in a different building and the office is much nicer. Their pricing is fair and tends to be lower than other dentists that I’ve tried throughout the years. If you’re looking for a quality dentist, I would definitely recommend them. And it doesn’t really matter which doctor. I’ve been a patient with all that are practicing there and all provide excellent care.
