Jennifer, the x-ray technician Susie, Hygienist Katherine and Doctor Smith were so friendly, polite, and professional. They truly care about you and that was felt the moment I walked through the door! Thank you for taking such good care of me!

Very friendly dentist and staff. Every time I visit they are respectful and kind. They talk to me in a calm nice manner and do everything they can to accommodate me. I usually hate going to the dentist my all of them make me feel very relaxed and soothed.

I highly recommend this DentalWorks, in fact, I drive from across town to see them. My dental hygienist, Rochelle, is hands down the best hygienist I’ve ever had, and Dr. Smith sits down with you, listens to your concerns, explains the situation, and gives you options for your care. Every other person I’ve talked to and encountered, especially at the front desk, is very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a dentist, I would definitely give Dr. Smith’s office a call!

This was such a great experience. I was educated on how to correctly maintain clean and healthy gums. They took their time and handle all my needs while I was there. They offered me services rather than forcing them on me and I felt like I had a new set of teeth after leaving their office. Great smart staff and great environment. PPE was worn all throughout the office and I felt protected from Covid-19. I can’t wait to go back.

Went for the first time today after moving to Wilmington a month ago due to pain in my mouth. They saw me immediately after I called and told them I was in pain. I had to bring my 6 year old daughter because schools are closed for COVID. The ladies up front were amazing as well as all the staff, they treated me and my daughter so well. I am super impressed!!!
