I haven't gotten many shoes shined before but I was expecting something better than the after picture below. I paid 19 to fix the scuffs and it looks like they made one pass at it. I could have done this work at home, and next time I'll save the money and do just that. In the light the color doesn't match and looks terrible against the original color. Not happy with the in person service or the result of the work.
