This is the BEST place to get hair removal. The owner, Rosy is amazing, she is very sweet and kind. Also, Rosy is very affordable. Her services are the best and it works.

Loved how professional she was. Took her time to explain exactly what type of treatment I needed. Everything was very clean and sanitary. Made me feel comfortable and will be going back. I truly have been doing electrolysis for a year and a half and by far Rozi was the best!!!

Rozi was absolutely terrific today! A licensed professional who was knowledgable about her craft, sanitary, used new needles, pleasant, and who addressed my concerns and educated me about the techniques, pre, and post-procedural care. I have had previous sessions elsewhere that left me bleeding and scarred, but today's session with Rozi gave me hope! No bleeding, not as much pain as previous, and I will definitely be stopping by anytime I'm in South Florida! Thanks again Rozi! --Sandra

Rozi is soooo RUDE and absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL! She got upset with me for asking a questions about the parking. She texted me some unintelligible gibberish about where to park after I booked my appointment and it confused me. Here is what she wrote: 'Live your car in visitors parking area to avoid town west sidem of the building not sign spot or behind the building.'' I politely asked her to clarify what she meant and she instantly cranked up the attitude as if I was annoying her and as if what she wrote made any sense. She was very condescending in her answer for no reason. Unprofessional, a big lack of etiquette. I decided to cancel my appointment because it's not okay to treat clients that way. It's not like she was going to do me a favor, I was PAYING for a SERVICE! Then she attacked me by text message for cancelling. I am not too sure what she said though as she speaks very broken English, (which is why we had a misunderstanding in the first place) but something like I should be grateful? (grateful for what, I don't know.) And something else about me being the only one who ever DARED ask her to clarify anything...Oh and also something about me not understanding English LOL! Her attack made very little sense though, just like her explanation.
