Overall, I had a great experience with Perfect Temp. They came out to assess my current setup and then gave me several quotes with different options. Then they came out and installed an entirely brand new system. They were professional from my first phone call with Ziggy, to my interactions with Sergio, the sales / product specialist, to the lead installer Paul. They were clean during the install, respectful of our house and carpet, very efficient with time and very personable. All in all, top notch company. I'd recommend them to anyone and I will use them again.

Forget the estimates when looking for service or replacement. 17 yrs ago I went with the cheapest boiler and had over 50 service calls, spend twice the original cost, finally reached out to perfect who got me up a running and I decided to replace the boiler 4 yrs ago and not had a single issue since. It’s about the design, experience, responsiveness of perfect that you should consider for your heating needs. I wish someone had written this feedback before I selected my last installer. You do get what you pay for. Best
I was referred to Ziggy at Perfect Temperature Control by my cousin who works at Stanton Mechanical, which only does industrial HVAC. Ziggy had Sergio follow up with me and he came out to give an estimate to replace my old hot water tank with a Navien tankless system. Sergio took the time to explain all the pros and cons of a tankless system, as well as available rebates. We chose to have them install the system and Kevin was our service technician. He couldn’t have been more accommodating, professional and attentive to making sure everything was installed, cleaned up and put back the way he found things, maybe even better. I was so pleased with the work that I contacted Sergio to come out again and give me a quote to replace my A/C and furnace. He also reviewed the entire layout of the house and explained that the way the duct work was configured in my 2 story home, that it really needed a separate unit for the 2nd floor. Other HVAC firms that provided quotes tried to just sell me a larger unit which wouldn’t have solved the cooling problem for the 2nd floor and just increase condensation in the ducts and house. He recommended a Mitsubishi ductless system for the 2nd floor, and their quote was very competitive. Once again, Kevin came out and spent two days removing the old systems and installing the new ones. In addition, he fine - tuned the Navien system to the point where we instantly get hot water throughout the house. We are extremely pleased with theIr overall professionalism, responsiveness and commitment to client satisfaction. Highly recommended. Been using them for years to service our home and now just replaced our furnace and modified our duct work based on Sergio's recommendation, and the difference is amazing. Ziggy and has group are truly professional, do great work at great prices. Truly one of the best out there for their degree of professionalism and service. You will not be disappointed.
Our furnace recently went out during one of the coldest nights. I was referred to Ziggy at Perfect Temperature Control and he came out that night to look at the issue. The board was fried due to water leaking from the furnace. He identified significant rust build up around the board that should have been a sign of an issue and also noticed that the humidifier was not attached as well. I was very surprised and disappointed that the previous company we were using did not bring any of this to my attention. The next day they were able to come first thing in the morning to remove and replace the furnace. Ziggy walked us through step by step on the work being completed. He was meticulous and very professional. I would absolutely recommend Ziggy & Perfect temperature Control going forward!
