So incredibly disappointed with this firm. All smoke and mirrors. Put up a great cutesy pitch with the owner Scout. Made us feel very comfortable and we signed up. However, after a bit of time and aside from one semi talented graphic designer, it was clearly evident that they really had no idea what they were doing. We spent so much money and the project was never completed. It was always ... we have to do this now and we need another 10,000 to move forward. Meanwhile, every deadline was missed and the communication on their part was horrid. We finally understood and terminated. Nothing meaningful was ever done after 6 months and tend of thousands of dollars. Even after that, this Scout woman had the nerve to ask for more money because she was having financial problems. I'm sharing all this so no one else gets ripped off. Buyer beware!!!!!!

I highly recommend Scout Design. They are a collaborative firm that listens well to their client. We have had an amazing experience with their team. Scout Design over delivers, listens, meets deadlines and is budget conscious. Every aspect of their design, has been flexible and has worked for us and our new project. Scout Design is overall amazing.
