I would give 5 stars JUST for the incredible customer service and guidance I received from Sabrina, who is a Manager at this location. She has a fantastic attitude, is highly knowledgeable and efficiently handled the entire process of the sale and delivery of my purchase. The fact that I now have an amazingly perfect indoor bike that I love in my home gym deserves another 5 stars. So, I am giving 10 STARS for Sabrina and the awesome bike I purchased. Highly recommend!

Went in for new kick boxing gloves. Spoke to associate Chris, he was awesome!!!! Very helpful. The gloves they sell are to big and he knew it. Told me to keep mine and he still solve the weight issue. So HAPPY he took out so much time to help me!!!

I went to purchase a bike and was told to give them a few days to assemble and someone would call me. A week later, meaning today I called to try and get a status to no avail. I literally talked to 5 different people who kept putting me on hold and then someone else would pick up the line. By the fourth person I asked to speak with a manager but as with the four previous hold, I got another associate. I again explained why I was calling and the length of time I'd been placed on hold only to keep getting the run around. Out of the 5 people, only one even asked for my name. How can you check on my bike without knowing my name. Well, the last person did apologize for the run around but stated they were busy. I'm assuming they were busy with customers but I guess I'm not a customer. After 12minutes and 35 seconds I just hung up

Ward in the shoe department was excellent. I wanted a pair of Brooks shoes and he guided me in the right direction. Also, every pair I wanted to try on were available. I only gave 4 stars because of the sale racks. Their \sale markdowns\ are small. That being said, the store was clean, neat and the staff were attentive.
