Went to find a shoe product. A worker asked if we needed help and I told him. Then he said he would ask another employee for us then ask 3 more people after us if they needed help. Then he never came back. I found him in a different section in the store talking to some other customers. Not sure why he asked if we needed help finding anything but then not help us? Then he was complaining another another worker to himself right in front of us. He was probably in his late 40s. Very unprofessional. Going to buy online from a different store after that stunt.

24 hour bike return policy don’t buy a bike here. Almost got stuck with one that had a bent wheel, rubbing disk brakes and wouldn’t shift gears. The guy who works at the bike mechanic shop inside lied and said I had 30 days for a return. 820 later I’m super lucky I was able to talk my way through a return. I will never buy a bike or anything here again. They have the worst return and exchange policies of any sporting goods store I’ve ever encountered in my life.

To many idems without prices, I had trouble finding anyone to get me pricing. I decided to purchase everything that I needed somewhere else. I made a comment to th he store manager, he said the staff was to busy to put prices of there inventory. I f they had stuff priced first, people wouldn't need help and get poor servive.

Young punk salesman tried to tell me I didn’t know what I was talking about when I tried to explain that a 4.5 x 5 piece of a ping pong table wouldn’t fit in a 2.5 x 5 box. Need to learn how to treat customers, especially when you can’t add simple numbers and you are wrong. Was snippy when he helped me load it too.
