The service is excellent. Very professional staff. Abby took care of all the details, kept me posted with all the steps, followed up with the hospital and doctor to make sure the process was moving on time. Because she was efficient I was able to return to my home in Canada without delay. Elizabeth was also great help, very compassionate. Provided accurate documentation, made copies of documents that I needed to cross the borders to Canada with my brothers remains. Although it was a very difficult time, the staff at this facility made the experience a little less hard with the help they extended to me. Thank you. Mary Edward.

I can’t thank JR and Direct Cremation Services enough. They handled my father-in-law’s remains with dignity and respect. They walked us through the death certificate process and helped to make sure everything was in order. JR also arranged a safe and peaceful Family Farewell that gave us closure at this difficult time. He followed our instructions and delivered the cremated remains to my brother-in-law safely. He was kind, answered all of our questions, and was very respectful and polite to our family. JR is truly a gifted funeral director, and my family and I feel blessed to have had him walking with us through one of the most difficult times in our lives. The Bruce Family thanks you.

They treated me so great after my mum passed away I am an only child and this was extremely hard on me with no help from anyone. They keep checking on me every holiday and my mums birthday was today. I can't thank them enough. I highly recommend them to everyone very professional. They truly care about peoples feelings, this was extremely hard for me. But they made it easy for me and checked on me more than family I truly appreciate it.

I want to start off saying this was the 1st death of a close family member, that my husband and myself had to plan. The death was sudden with no insurance so there was no money at the same time I'm fighting my own battle with cancer so money is really tight. A special Thank you to Abby she was amazing. She listened and told me not to worry she will handle everything and she did. Everything was done over the phone and computer at my time she made it so easy for my family. This was during cOVID-19 and the Christmas holidays. I will be using them again and will be planning myself so my family doesn't. I do have insurance so it will be easy to go somewhere else but the amount of respect that the staff gave my family words can't express. The cash price was the most reasonable that I found across Northern Va . Thank you Direct cremation and Abby

To complicate things I went into the hospital for seven days the day after she died. But we managed to handle all the cremation details just fine with Kip’s patience.
