I've been training for the past 3 months with DBS, Inc and it has already been a life changing experience. I usually train with Tracie...I've lost inches and pounds, gained knowledge, flexibility and mobility. I have severe RA, which has hindered my process at times, however, the entire team has been patient and understanding while still pushing me to my greatest fitness potential. Training with them is not only sculpting my body but is also uplifting my mind and spirit. I recommend everyone to give it a try!
You can check my Google history I really don't like doing reviews that much...But the owner/personal trainer there is LEGIT. I was super skinny with no muscle definition, no self love and no MOTIVATION...this man has *Martin Luther King level of support & inspiration. I felt closer to him than I did my barber or 5 years. You want real motivation? You want to look good and feel better? YOU WANT THAT SUMMER BODY???....hit him up NOW!!!!! I haven't been there in a while but thank you so much my guy.
I was in a dark place with my weight gain and lack of physical activity. After noticing the amount of weight lost by a principal colleague, I inquired what program she doing to look so good. She referred me to Mika'il. The first consultation was informative. Mika'il was attentive and straight forward. He informed me he could help me reach my weight loss and fitness goals, if I was ready to do the work. I did not hesitate to join his program. The trainers are talented, efficient and respectable. I am pleased with the high quality of service I receive from Diverse Body Sculpting. My dark place becomes brighter each day with healthy eating and personal physical training by Diverse Body Sculpturing. .
I’ve been training at DBS for a little over a month now and I am very pleased with what I’ve experienced. Mika’il is very knowledgeable and passionate at what he does. Each training session I’ve been to he has always been pleasant and professional towards me and anyone else who may be coming or leaving his establishment. Mika’il created a training program that fits my physical capabilities and before we start each training session he has always asked me how I feel, it anything hurts. Communication is always open. If I have a question regarding the meal plan, he always responds back within a reasonable amount of time, whether it’s through text or phone call. Mika’il is a very pleasant person and is very dedicated to his clients. So glad I decided to give his gym a try!!
