The worst place in the country. You can't even speak to a live person, mail box full, recording for email address you can't understand because it skips, I've been waiting since Nov 2020 for my son's birth certificate. All fees has been paid. They say it's closed but quick to take your money. A bunch of misfits in Trenton. Then City Hall vital statistics dept gives you a bunch of lies. Trenton itself is ran by dysfunctional maggots.

My girlfriend has been trying to get in contact with someone about getting a replacement birth certificate and it's impossible. She needs to get a passport by May but there's no way she'll even have her birth certificate by then at this rate. Why is it so hard to contact anyone? COVID started nearly a year ago and you still can't call anyone directly? Makes ZERO sense.
What makes you think it's believable that after submitting a request for birth certificate over a month ago, you still haven't had a chance to even review the request. What makes you think that 12 weeks after reviewing is the time to ship a birth certificate. This is UNACCEPTABLE. You are a load of garbage and a waste of resources.
An absolute disgrace. The slowest processing times for a birth certificate in the entire country. No compassion for urgent cases. A processing time of 14 weeks is absolutely unacceptable. If I could rate them a negative one million stars, I would.
Mailed application in Sept 2020. Finally received Birth cert February 2021.
