First time car buyer. Did my research. I was recommended Don Herring because of their good deals and service and warranty. So went with them at this time. Showed up and Josue helped me understand the differences in the cars, answered all of our questions. I felt like he was more of a friend than a salesman. He makes you comfortable. I looked at 2 different cars. Then William helped me with the finance side. I don't have great credit and he still helped me get a decent deal. What I really appreciated about him was his honesty and making sure I understood everything before he moved on. I'll definitely be back I feel like William will be a big help in the future when I trade in and upgrade. I went with the 2020 Mitsubishi Mirage for the first car, I just needed something not expensive and with a good warranty. Paying on it for a while will help my credit situation until I can get something I really like.

This was my first car buying experience and Mr. Herring and his team made it seamless and easy. The vehicle I purchased was pre-owned and had a little chip in the windshield. They fixed it for me and filled up the gas tank not once but twice. I highly recommend if you have new or challenged credit. Their team is dedicated to helping everyone that walks through their door

What a awesome experience! Tabatha talked to me over the phone until I was confident enough to come and look for a new vehicle. She was amazingly informed and was able to help me with each question I had to start the process. Andy is the one I worked with looking for and going through paperwork. Andy was also able to help me with each and every question and concern I had! (Which was a lot) It is my first time buying a new car and not some hunk of junk off of a used lot. Brandon the Finance manager was able to reassure me in the process and definitely did not disappoint! The team that I worked with in purchasing my new vehicle was absolutely outstanding and phenomenal! I would give 10 stars if I could. Every one I encountered was very respectful and treated us like we had known them for years!
