My husband bought a truck @ Don Wood Logan..Again, nothing but issues...After the deal was done .He received a call telling him he needed to pay another380 because the guy that did the paperwork wrote in the wrong mileage on the paperwork..Well ,I feel that the guy that did the paperwork is responsible for that mistake,not my husband!!! He continues to give this business chance after chance and everytime he has had issues!!!

Scammy promotion with bogus game pieces and confusing fine print ended in disappointment and humiliation. I should have known better since this is a dealership, although Bob-Boyd in Lancaster among others would never mislead people in this way. Thought I had winning ticket and even called ahead to make sure it was real. Was not told over the phone it was just a chance to play some slot machine game on a laptop, so wasted an hour and a half of my day driving to Logan to collect my \prize\ during a pandemic. Dishonest advertising move when people are losing their jobs/desperate for help, and was treated like I was wasting their time after being asked if I was interested in purchasing a vehicle. I drove home crying and you've lost a customer permanently.
