I bought a 2016 Toyota 4Runner a few weeks back. Absolutely impressed with the vehicle, but even more impressed with the customer service. Good group of salesmen. The financial officer was very helpful and down-to-earth. Nick helped me through the whole process and I don’t have anything bad to say of him. He followed up with some phone calls to make sure I knew what the next step was. He even screwed the plate on, so it was already for me to hop in and drive off the lot. It was my first time buying a car from a dealer and I had no clue what to expect in terms of service. He definitely set the bar for the next time I buy a car from a dealer. Thanks again Nick! Bought my third car a Bimmer 2016 320i and overall buying experience was the great. There was no pressure to do the business even after test drive and was left free to decide. Prices were already down to a least negotiation level but still managed to get some discount ;-) Delivery was swift with a clean, shiny vehicle from inside and out. My car is running smooth without any issues so far and I strongly recommend to try Done Deal and I will surely be be back to do business again with them.

I purchased a 2012 Ford truck from Done Deal Motors in July 2020. The buying experience was great. The staff and management were knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions. After I picked up the truck, there were a couple of minor repairs/fixes needed for it to be able to pass NH State inspection. Done Deal Motors helped me get those couple of items fixed promptly and the truck is now registered, inspected and on the road with a very happy new owner. Great experience, I would do business here again.

I purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Done Deal recently and was highly surprised by the friendliness and no pressure atmosphere. I simply showed up and they slapped a plate on the vehicle I was interested in and away I went- they only asked that I have it back before they close. speaking of closing - all the staff are of the same ilk- no pressure, but they will talk to you about extended warranties (I did buy one) and financing, but no pressure to buy anything you don't want. I'd also like to thank Demetri and his crew for trying to get this sale completed before the weekend. Car was spotless and ready with the plate on it before we even completed the paperwork!
