Technician came out to look at our gate, determined we needed a new receiver. DKTX sends invoice for over 200, nothing is fixed at this point. Call them repeatedly to inquire about when they will be coming to install this receiver. No one has a clue about what is going on. A month has gone by, half a dozen phone calls, and finally someone gets on the phone to let us know they haven't even ordered the part. Then they want to charge another 200 for a 45 receiver that we got on Amazon and could install ourselves. Don't even bother with these guys, plenty of other reputable companies with good customer service eager to do business out there! In response to your response: Your technician came to do the \diagnostics\ visit almost 2 weeks prior to the storms that caused any power outages. You charged for the visit yet did not follow through on what needed to be done. I do agree \chaos\ is an accurate description for your company.
