I was happy with the car buying experience when I bought the INFINITI however the SERVICE department is worth their weight in chicken feathers. You are promised a loaner when you purchase the car, I have yet to ever get a loaner vehicle. I always got a loaner at the SUBARU dealership. My recommendation is purchase the car here uncertified and find a good mechanic in town. I have a certified pre owned, which I am trading in for not an INFINITI but a SUBARU again.

This is my second time leasing with Dorschel Infiniti. Great overall experience, especially with Melissa Garrison. She is phenomenal. Right from the start, her professionalism and commitment to customer service was far above anyone else I have encountered in this process. She took me on an extended test drive, explained all of the features, and really took the time to make sure I felt comfortable in the car. She made sure everything was taken care of perfectly. John Nagle was tremendous, and leads his team by example. This process is as good as it gets, and this was the most pleasant car leasing experience I've ever had. I couldn't be happier with my 2017 Q60, the car is absolutely amazing. Dorschel Infiniti has earned my trust and future business. I won't be going anywhere else. Thank you again, Melissa and John!

We recently leased a new Infinity QX60 at Dorschel; Rodney Olsowsky was our Sales and Leasing Consultant. While the experience was different due to COVID-19 procedures, I must say Rodney and the team provided exceptional service. We had our own appointment where he explained the features/benefits of the vehicle, the pricing was upfront and fair. Rodney handled all of the paperwork at delivery so we didn't get bounced around the dealership. He was the perfect mix of knowledgeable and funny.
