Went into this store a couple days ago for a zipper repair on my favorite leather purse and for an extra hole punch on a belt. The three people who assisted me were extremely helpful and courteous. What an exceptional business! Thank you!

Very capable leather smiths. I was looking for a holster for a Smith an Wesson 460XVR 3.5" Performance center and unlike every other place I tried rather than laugh and say it can't be done they got to work drawing up plans right away before giving me an answer. And wouldn't you know it can be done. I paid my money, very reasonable I might add, and 6 weeks later I have my custom holster that fits me perfectly. I can not recommend them enough.

At first he thought it not possible to fix but as we talked and I shared it was a special family handmedown he thought it over and said he would work on it. Just picked it up. Am so very happy with the work. It turned out better than hoped for! It will last a very long time and no one will ever know its been repaired! Thank you so much for your hard work. Well another exceptional job from Steve. Can I give you 10 stars please I bring him my boots as I have what I refer to as tree trunk legs and bought a pair of over the knee boots that laced up the back and Steve and I brainstormed what we he could do to fix them and again the 3rd pair he has fixed for me was an EXCEPTIONAL job down to the stitching! He always takes the time with all his clients when they pick up their order to make sure you are completely satisfied and of course we are !!
