First time transporting our SUV via a transport company. I was a little concerned about using a broker located in an office somewhere who doesn't have any real accountability or a personal relationship with the drivers , so in talking to a friend he suggested that I contact Double Time as they as local and have a great rep. I have to say, it couldn't have been a better experience. I had asked Mark to have the driver call us when he was about an hour and a half away from our location so that I could meet him upon arrival which he did. Just as I arrived my vehicle was unloaded and ready to go. The trucks are new, clean and well maintained, the driver was very professional as well. SO, for anyone on the fence post rest assured, if you want a smooth transport I wouldn't hesitate to call.
