I have used Doug Jones Home Improvements to build a porch enclosure, siding and gutters on 2 different houses the past 25 years. I have always been pleased with their work until now. I was in the process of selling my house and a small portion of wood became rotted because the siding they put on was not fastened properly. Water leaked behind siding and rotted a small section of wood. I contacted the office several times. I was told that I am on their schedule. It has been 3 months! I have yet to hear from Doug Jones. I had to pay another company 250 to fix their mistake. I am extremely disappointed that Doug Jones Home Improvement Company doesn’t stand by their work and fix errors in a timely manner.

We had vinyl siding done by Carl at Doug Jones. Let me tell you, this guy does excellent, craftsman level work. Every piece was hand cut and PERFECT! Even the people who replaced our roof asked who did the siding because they d had never seen such good quality. Thanks Carl! And thank, Doug Jones Home Improvements!
