Scheduled an appointment for an oil change for one car at noon and a second car for 3. The mechanic took lunch at 1 and told us to come back in a few hours to get the car. We returned after a few hours and he had not even started on my car he could have called! Finally got the car at 4:30. He could not reset the notice that my car needs service. Said he had youtubed two versions and could not figure it out. Said to come back when I was in town ( I live 30 min away) Did not get the second car in. Looking for a mechanic that believes in customer service.
