She's the best. I've been going to Dr. Callen since early 90s no matter where I've lived and/or hassles to see her in SF. Two of three pregnancies and deliveries were complicated. She was my hero, truly. Lovely, nurturing personality, great advocate.

She is THE BEST! She was my OB for both kids and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. She is knowledgeable, experienced and reassuring. You know you are in good hands with her. I would highly highly recommend her.

Dr. Callen is an exceptional OGBYN. She cared for me and delivered our first baby when we lived in the city. I experienced preterm labor beginning the end of the second trimester/the beginning of the third and she worked closely with us to get us to full term. My little one was born only a week early. Also, our baby decided to flip to breech on us at 35 weeks and Dr. Callen successfully manually flipped him at 37 weeks. He stayed in position and we had a successful and normal vaginal delivery. She was always extremely responsive and caring and took the time to explain things to us throughout the entire process.

She was my wife’s OB/GYN when we lived in SF. She delivered my daughter Camille who had a loose knot in her umbilical cord. Dr. Callen was most professional, compassionate, and highly skilled to manage all possible complications. I actually selected her for my wife because I worked as a nurse and took care of several of her patients that all loved her. One case in particular always stands out in my mind where an old woman needed to have surgery and her procedure kept getting delayed. Dr. Callen came out of the operating suit to personally apologize for the delays and bought her lunch rom a local restaurant. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent provider. Now whenever Camille has a birthday, I toast to Dr. Callen.
