As a female one of the things you dread doing is car shopping/buying. I semi knew what I wanted but wanted someone to be patient with me and give me options as well as honor the non-negotiables I had for the purchase. Until walking into Dublin Cadillac I was discouraged and frustrated. Thank gosh for Adam Hamza who greeted me with an open mind, patience and a positive \would find you the perfect car\ attitude. I didn't buy on day 1 of meeting Adam but told him \I buy cars from people not dealerships\ and would be back. As fate would have it a few days later my dream car (literally a car I thought out of my reach) popped up and Adam's dealership was the seller! We closed that deal seamlessly and quickly as the car was almost sold out from under me twice, which Adam helped in mitigating. Between Adam and Joel (finance) I knew all my options when it came to financing, interest rates, warranties, and add ons. I honestly couldn't believe there was still a dealership out there with this much patience, courtesy, and class. As I drove off the lot in my new Cadillac Escalade I couldn't be more thrilled with my purchase and still pinch myself that the car is actually mine! THANK YOU!! Drove 40 miles to get to your dealership to check out the XT4 and XT5 today. I walked around the dealership, peeking into the vehicles I was interested in. I walked from one end to the other without a single person coming to greet me. Frankly, the dealership didn't even seem open. My husband went inside and no one seemed to be around. No one greeted him, no one addressed him--even when he made his way to the restrooms. I suppose anyone can just walk in to your dealership to use the facilities and be on their way. We left without saying one word to a single person.

Wayne was just amazing. I would definitely recommend friends and family to come here. I had previously gone to a different location where they made me feel discriminated. I was already in a defensive mode when I arrive but Wayne took care of me and even made me feel bad for judging before I gave him a chance. He went on and beyond to double check that I didn’t need anything. It was truly a pleasure to get to meet Wayne.
