My wife and I recently had Duke Homes add a bathroom to a home they built in the early 2000s. From start to finish, we were impressed with the manner in which Duke Homes did the work. Duke presented various options for us to consider, was very helpful in the selection process, had an impeccably clean job site, and cared for all of the details. Each of the crews were professional, timely, and meticulous in their work. Kudos to Mike Duke, Kevin Hamilton and Regina Salas for their handling of our addition - Duke Homes does great work - high standards for craftsmanship, very trustworthy, and a company of high integrity.

We built a new home through Mike Duke and team in 2005, in a community co-developed by Duke. Quality, service and integrity are the three best adjectives to describe our experiences over 14 years. The only reason for leaving a Duke home is for a relocation out of state. Even as the company has grown and diversified, Mike remains personally involved, helping to ensure a best-in-class experience that goes well beyond the expected. Everyone who considers custom construction or renovation would benefit by including Duke in their plans. I cannot say enough good things about my experience building with Duke Homes. My husband and I saw integrity lived out during each meeting and throughout the entire building process. With Duke Homes, we knew we weren’t receiving tips and recommendations that would artificially drive up the cost of our home. We also never received a less than full effort from the sub-contractors who came to our home. And most importantly, the end product was beautiful and full of quality touches around every corner. If I could do it all over again, I would call Duke Homes in a heartbeat. They provided us with peace of mind throughout the entire process, and our home is precisely what we hoped it would be.
