I am writing this review because I am infuriated with the service I have received from Dunham. First, I made them aware they lost 200 parts I sent to them to be anodized and they insisted they had never seen those parts, ever. They also said they had absolutely NO record of the PO they were on although, 5 other parts listed on that same PO had already been completed and returned back to us. Meanwhile, I sent another 6 PO's and the first one still had not been started or touched after 2 months of being in their possession, but was repeatedly told \they will be done next week\. It wasn't until I informed them I was driving down the next day to pick up every open order I had with them that they all of a sudden had parts \in production\. When I arrived they magically found the missing parts they \had never seen & had no record of\, which in turn was a complete lie. At that point I already paid for additional material to have those parts machined again. Lastly, I received parts from them that looked nothing like our color sample that was provided. Instead the color looked as if it were terribly burned in the process. They failed to respond countless times via email and phone after reaching out to customer service, sales, production, and the owners. The biggest fail and lack thereof customer service and a complete waste of time. I have upset customers who were promised dates based on their inadequate performance to get the job done. The cost of my machines to sit and production to be stopped is so extensive I will never do business with them again. Similar issues have happened in the past and I thought they would have got it together years later, but some things never change.

I’ve tried quite a few anodizing shops but once I came here it’s the only place I go. Great people running this shop. Top quality work. Very reasonable prices.
Very professional and great customer service and was happy to answer any question had and got my parts done when they said they would every times with a perfect outcome. Will definitely be the only place that touch’s my parts
These guys knock it out of the park on quality and delivery at very competitive prices. I have been using them for the last 5 years after being repeatedly disappointed with other local vendors.
This is the worst company that I have ever done business with! No one ever answers the phone, or has any knowledge to give a customer, when inquiring. The owner never returns his messages! They give a price quote and then the price is different when receiving an invoice. I just cannot believe this company is still in business!!!!!! Oh, and you ask them when your product will be done, they tell you 3 days and a week later you have to drive by there to pick up your product because no one answer the phone. Ridiculous!!!!
