I had a good experience the first time. It was a place my Mom recommended. So the second time, I went the lady was polite and asked me what type of pressure I liked. I told her deep tissue. Her massage pressures were in consistent and she was hyper focused on massaging my butt and legs. Also left the right side of my butt exposed when she was massaging my left side. I kept telling her to cover me up. I almost walked out of there mid massage but I already paid upfront. So needless to say I stayed to complete the terrible service.

I want to say that I went there today for the first time. They asked me if I wanted a slightly more expensive massage deal with more focus on the body. I said "No, I was ok with my original choice ". They didn't pressure me. They were nice enough. I got my massage and it was good. I will go back and try again. I will let everyone know how the 2nd visit went. I understand that Tips are certainly very important to the masseuse. They are working hard for 1 hour or more bent over you rubbing your body and applying pressure. This is hard work to say the least. I gave her 20 Dollars and I hope that was enough for 1 hour.

I took my wife for a couples massage earlier this week. The overall ambience is mediocre at best. The masseuse are decent and polite. But the customer service is poor , mind you we paid upfront and added a tip and a gentleman came out from the back and demanded we add more since we “had such a good experience “ Please work on your etiquette and customer service skills. If you’re looking for a inexpensive mediocre at best experience for a massage I would recommend however if you do care about quality I would pay the extra and find somewhere else.

Most relaxing massage I have had in months. My masseuse asked several times during the massage if she was applying enough pressure, and she certainly was. With hot stones, a back sugar scrub, and the foot soak, it was amazing! I did the 90 minute full body and foot soak combo, for 40, and left my therapist 20 tip it was the best 60 I have spent in quite a while.

Difficult to redeem a paid Groupon massage. When I called several times to make a weekend appointment, either no one answered or when the lady did, she asked if I had a Groupon which I did. Then she said “no weekend appointment available. Only one two weeks away”. It seems that Durango massage will string you out because they know you already paid money for a massage. Also, the time I did have a Durango massage, they would say after the massage “next time just pay cash and we will offer the Groupon price”. I will never use this company again. I told Groupon to refund my money.

The masseuse was nice and professional. Very greedy after I paid them uofront for 90 min. The front desk lady pointed to a sign without even talking and wanted me to tip 25 dollars for a job that wasnt even good. First and last time there. DO NOT GO THERE. THIS IS A SCAM
