Stay away. They wanted to charge me for something that wouldn't even have fixed the issue. Go somewhere else if you value your car and money.

My friend called and asked if she could have an estimate of repairs to be done. She was told there would be no charge. Before she could get the keys to the car for after hours pick up she was charged 110 for the estimate. They also noted a large crack on the windshield, which was NOT there when she dropped off the car and she was very surprised to see it in the daylight today. When she called to ask about it, she was told they didn't drive her car at all, though the day before they had said they DID drive her car to listen for the ball joint noise. Finally they admitted that they did drive it, but will take no responsibility for the cracked windshield. Now she is out the cost of the estimate plus the windshield repair, none of which were in her budget when she asked for an estimate.

Excellent work and customer service. These guys have taken care of my vehicles for several years and they’re always clear and honest with me. If there’s a repair that needs to be done but within the scope of my ability, they’re happy to bring it to my attention and even offer advice or tips to ensure it’s done right. For the work they perform, it’s top notch and fast. I really wouldn’t consider going elsewhere.
