Totally messed up the color of my bayalage. Came back for the same service and color I had last 6-7 months ago. Said same color, even showed same inspiration pics. Not only was the color wrong, it’s has red and pink looking colors through it. Not caramel... but there was no offer to even fix it! I asked how to correct the color and was told to buy a clarifying shampoo. I’ve gone to this stylist, Melissa, for 2 years. Never again! Nor do I recommend her to anyone. It was clear she didn’t want to work today, even by her appearance. Well then reschedule my appointment! Now I have messed up hair 3 weeks before my wedding. Yep that’s right, she knew this was my wedding hair appointment. What a disappointment!

Wow is all I need to say... LaVonda is amazing, in person and as a stylist. She is a hidden gem, and, if you want a beautiful cut and amazing color, you NEED to check her out. It's taken me awhile to find a good stylist. Don't waste your time and looking anywhere else...just book an appointment with her.
The salon is really nice and clean. They did an amazing job with it. Very well located with easy accessibility. The stylist/cosmetologist that where there where very nice and really personable and knowledgeable. Very happy with my experience.
The atmosphere is nice and so is the staff. Had my hair cut with Lavonda and I'd highly recommend her!
