Absolutely wonderful experience. My hair looks fabulous. The shop employees are very professional, fast and nice. Love the atmosphere. And hair is o. Premises that makes it easy to get hair done quickly.

As a fellow Business Owner, my experience with the Owner Fatu was NOT a very pleasant one. Down to making the appointment via phone showed her unprofessionalism. I should of known not to go after she first said one price and then asked me what I was willing to pay after I said nothermind. Upon arrival, wasn't very professional and seemed to get irritated when I asked questions about the style. She literally told me I was being DIFFICULT when I was trying to make sure beforehand. Little did she know I used to do hair, in order not to be difficult she showed me my hair section and I said it looks too thin of a part and she said she knows what she is doing. I let her be, as she continued and was about to start the braiding she realized the size of fake hair and that I was RIGHT and the parting was too thin which could lead to breakage. This took even more time and she didn't seem to care that I had to return to work. As far as the actual service, I wanted crochet twists and NEVER in my life have I seen someone literally take my real hair (which is long) after pulling thru once and just wrap mine loosely around it, when I asked her about this she pretty much ignored it. The next day, I put my hair up and my real hair literally unraveled and several twists came out and STILL are. I called her and let her know how unhappy I was and that I'm a Business Owner too and that this service was not good, all she did was say sorry and as I type my hair style looks homeless. I would NOT recommend to anyone. I hope she sees this and learns to do it right the FIRST TIME because loyal & repeat customer do exist if you treat them right. My money will be spent elsewhere, as should yours. Don't do it!

Fatu and all of the other workers are really nice. They know what they are doing. I have been with Fatu for 8 years straight and I bring all my family to her hair salon. I recommend her to anyone who wants to get their hair done. She plays african movies which are fun and dramatic to watch. And my hair comes out looking nice. I give it 5 stars

Love my braids exactly what I ask for half braided and the the rest loose . Braids perfect no to tight at all and that with 2 girls braiding my hair . They were clearly in sync. Happy Customer with Spicy Fatu and her Ladies does the hair Good!!!!

I went to Fatu for Faux locs and would NOT recommend. My locs started to unravel within the same week and more to come by the end of 1 week.Yes I went back for them to fix and the lady she recruited to do my hair did it waayyyy too tight to where my hair was pulled out. I wish they had said they weren't skilled in faux because based off their work, they clearly dont know what they are doing.i had to redo a few myself.
