New management is an all around upgrade for this spa. It’s pretty, clean and the massage was excellent. Highly recommended

I called and made an appointment for a one hour massage. I got here and the sign says \appointments only - no walk-ins\. I go to get my massage and before it's even halfway over, she has stopped the massage two times to go answer the phone. She had massaged me through a thick towel up until this point and had just started using oil on my skin. Then someone walked in and asked for a massage. I hear her say yes. She takes his money, leads him to a room, and then comes back to my room and tells me it will have to be just a 30 min massage today and that next time I'll get a 1 hour (I'm from out of town and leave tomorrow. ). I'm so disappointed. I was essentially cut short a service I made an appt for because of a walk in. She was doing a great job massaging before she cut me off. :-(

I tried calling twice and they hung up on me, then I drove over to the place. Once I arrived, someone greeted me and asked what I would like. After I told her a massage, she said how long? I state 90 mins or 60mins and she was said, “no, too busy” after she sized me up. She said, you come back later. Gave no offer of times. It appears she was talking on the phone. Then said you come back tomorrow. Perhaps they’re great at massages but the customer service before hand is severely lacking.

THE BEST!! After a tense day at work I've decided to treat myself, and let me tell you, IT WAS GREAT!! The massage was very Relaxing & The Therapist was so funny she made my day. I haven't had such a good time in A While. You've got to try this Spa, I'm DEFINITELY going back!!
