Online rental, check-in, pick-up and drop-off were all smooth and problem free at this location in Burien, Washington. The GS1200 was ready to go before I showed up, and I was able to make a configuration change on the spot. There were no hidden fees, and customer service was top notch.

Excellent experience! The bike was absolutely great! The dealer was really easy. I pre-registered before I got there, it made it quick and easy. The bike was out front with my name on it waiting for me. Checking back in was just as easy! No problems, I would absolutely rent from here again. Very close to the airport as well.

Very friendly staff. Check in and check out was fast. Bike was ready to go when I got there. I’m a pretty inexperienced rider, but I found the Yamaha MT-07 easy to use and it was really fun to ride.

The friendly staff at this Eagle Rider location walked me though everything and gave a good walk around on the bike. It was a brand new Triumph t120 with only 14 miles and performed flawlessly! What a way to spend a weekend!!

Extremely Poor service at every interaction. If you book a trip and there are NWS-documented thunderstorms, tornadoes, and/or other inclement weather they will keep your money. You can call customer service, as I did, and they will direct you to plea your case on-location fully knowing it's closed Mondays and Tuesdays. The customer service manager will dodge your calls and forward you to a corporate response from a drone in California who could care less about customer success. If you try to reverse the charge on your credit card they will fight, frustrate, and exhaust you to the point where you just don't care any longer. This company does not care about the riding community, they care about your dollars. Further, the top tier motorcycle I rented was tired, ragged on, and the cases were full of water when I picked it up. To be fair, they did give me a store credit but I'd rather pound sand than have to deal with these circus clowns ever again. Do yourself a favor and reconsider your options.
