Ordered a 150 item off Amazon Sunday. UPS tried to deliver Tuesday at noon (on video apparently they needed a signature). I get the notification that they were \unable to deliver\ and will try again Wednesday. No good as no one will be home then either so I call the automated system..... Worked just fine and I request to pick up my item. The machine says someone will call within an hour to confirm (yeah right)... Well, 21 minutes later they call and say my package is ready for pickup at the East Alton facility. I go there at 4 and pick up my package no problems!

You guys (EAST ALTON, IL) opened an investigation and then CLOSED IT stating that you tried to contact me, but couldn't reach me. THAT IS A LIE. The only communication I received from you was that you were closing my case and my package is still lost! You guy are horrible and unfortunately you are making life for the call center representatives a living hell because of such poor service from the distribution centers! Go ahead and search my name. You'll find it. You closed the investigation today, 12/18/2020 and it was opened 12/16/2020.

Took a phone out of a larger box and delivered it without another 1400 worth of merchandise. Then had the AUDACITY to call back and cop an attitude over an investigation being launched. Absolute clown show. If you can avoid having things handled by this facility I would definitely make sure you do. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. And before you respond to this with some joke for damage control, don’t. Tell it to the investigator. Dishonorable trash.

Delivery was on time, BUT both of our packages were cut open!!! I highly suggest, esp this time of year... Be home when your packages are delivered..that way you can inspect the package before the driver takes off. I tried calling and of course can't get ahold of a real person.
