Integrity……. One of East Electric’s employees accidently damaged my vehicle. The way that the issue was handled says a lot about this company. Their employee was very professional, took full responsibility and immediately put me in contact with the company’s leadership. I found the leadership in the company to be exactly the same. They quickly and professionally handled the situation. I will absolutely without question use this company the next time I have electrical needs. It’s rare to find an organization that can take a potentially bad situation and turn it into a positive experience at their expense. I am very impressed and grateful to know that companies like this still exist. I highly recommend them!
