I leased a vehicle at the beginning of January and still had not received my plates by the 1st of February so I went to the dealership after calling being asked to leave a message and it not being returned. I was assured that I was good to drive on the expired tag and I would be contacted when my plates arrived to come pick them up. Mid last week I get a call from my father stating my plates had been mailed to Michigan by the dealership. So I called the dealership because I had to pay to have them shipped back to Ct and was instructed to leave yet another message. I have not received a call back. The salesperson will give you their pitch on how they don’t get paid commission, are a family owned business, and are there to take care of you as the customer. They are only interested in taking care of you until you drive off the lot. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Bought my 2019 1500 Laramie a couple years ago. Buying experience was smooth and simple. As of right now my truck is in for a water leak repair that was coming in through the 3rd brake light. This is the 3rd time it has been in for that issue. I understand repairs take time and I have been as patient as I can be. No loaner vehicle has been available for the last 9 days they have had my truck, and no answer on when one will be available. First couple days the communication from service department was satisfactory. Now it's almost non-existent. Left messages, no returned calls. Buying experience is great. I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership. Service department has always been an issue.

LOVED buying our Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude from Gengras! Fantastic car buying experience - Ryan Becker was knowledgeable, courteous & extremely professional. From the test drive to explaining all the features - just an all around excellent experience. I loved that they were doing a food drive to help others & encouraged their customers to participate. They really went above & beyond when we picked-up the vehicle - it was at night after dark & cold. Ryan had parked the Grand Cherokee inside the showroom so we could see it clearly in the light & he showed us how everything worked. We had brought our kids to pick it up & instead of having us sit in an office & wait while they prepared things in finance we were all able to sit in/walk around the jeep & the kids love being able to check everything out - it was a really nice touch that made the service level over the top for me.
