I took my truck in to have 4 outstanding recalls fixed. I had delayed having them taken care of, mainly because of my prior experiences with car dealers. Prices at the dealer are far beyond what is considered reasonable, in my opinion and they always tell you, you have more work that needs to be done, than you have the money for. Well, I was aware of a campaign to get dealers to stop loading you down with repair bills when you go in for recall work, because of exactly the reason that I wouldn't go in. It looks like Rocky Top took the hint and has a policy of doing the work they're directed to and not more, unless it's directly related to the work they're doing, or is an obvious safety concern. If they do notice something, they will not perform the work without your approval. I know there are some issues that they could have piled upon me, that need to be fixed, but they aren't safety related. I also asked them to check where my power steering leak is coming from, so I could fix it myself. They checked that and recorded the broken part that was needed to stop my leak and didn't press my to get it repaired at their location. They fixed my recall repairs and verified two others had already been fixed properly before I ever bought my truck. It was all ready to pick up within 3 hours, not the next day like I'd planned. Both visits were quick and courteous. If I do ever decide to have work done at my dealership, this would be the one. I really appreciated their professionalism and honesty, in not looking to drive up my bill with \other\ services.

I could not possibly be more pleased with my experience at Rocky Top Jeep! Ken and Sam were super helpful. They made it very easy for me. I got an unbelievable deal on financing so I got way more car for the money. The vehicle is beautiful and it is much closer to a luxury vehicle than I expected. I started out planning to buy a luxury SUV but I drove the Jeep on a whim, and it turned out to be the best decision I have made in a while.

Arrived 5 min before appointment and was meet at the service area, Service employee took care of the paperwork and directed me to the waiting area with the opinion it would take less than an hour to complete the work. The waiting area was well spread out, hand sanitizer available and area was clean and comfortable. Forty minutes later the service was complete, my truck had the seat and steering wheel covered in plastic wrap and a paper floormat in place. Prompt checkout at a reasonable cost. GREAT SERVICE from all involved, I will be back.
