*UPDATED REVIEW* Thank you so much for the kind response. I will be more than happy to work with you guys in the future ! My experience here was bittersweet. The sales team overall was welcoming and polite. My only negative is that the price ended up being much higher than the posted price on car gurus once all those \fees\ were added in. I understand there are going to be some fees here and there as well as taxes. But when you end up paying almost 2,000 extra after taxes it makes you wonder how the prices are calculated. I was excited to purchase the vehicle and offered to pay in cash but was told that I would only receive the \deal\ price if I financed the vehicle. Let's just say that I felt like I was trying to be convinced that 22 7 when I know that it should've been 4. Other than that however, I was happy with my primary sales consultant Eric. He tried his best to cover all angles with me, reached out to say happy birthday after I purchased the vehicle and I would recommend working with him to anyone looking to buy something from this dealership. When it came down to crunching numbers it was not my sales consultant but various other associates I was working with. They were friendly and professional as well I just didn't appreciate the feeling of realizing the day after the excitement of buying a new vehicle wearing off that the numbers didn't quite make sense. It also was a bit frustrating when bringing this up to the financial department. I had to do the math all on my own on paper in order for them to even acknowledge my concerns. However eventually they did credit me almost 1500 once they realized that there was a miscalculation somewhere in the documentation. And for that I am grateful
