We had a very smooth car buying experience. Jeff was very direct and responsive to our needs. Did not feel like there was a lot game playing that sometimes can be associated with car buying. The financing process was easy and well organized. Appreciated the insurance review as part of the process. We didn’t feel pressured during any part of the process. The car itself was meticulous upon pick up.

Brought my Subaru Outback 2011 in for servicing prior to a big roadtrip. The team got my vehicle ready for the trip, but once I entered the car (after my wife brought it home), I noticed the center climate console was damaged. A large crack was visible on the screen. It looked as if a technician mistakenly applied pressure to the screen and broke it. I notified the Service Manager via email regarding this issue. He informed me that it would be looked into. I followed up two weeks later, but never received a response. I am disappointed with the lack of service provided. Receiving my car damaged after servicing and being ignored regarding this issue is frustrating. I would expect to receive my car in better condition after servicing, not worse.

My husband and I visited this dealership and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Stacey was our salesperson and was incredibly helpful, understanding, patient, and knowledgeable. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her and we will definitely be back specifically for Stacey for our next purchase. She really made an impression. The finance representative Sol was also very knowledgeable in his area and took his time to explain every detail to us, answer questions, and not rush the process. Everyone at this dealership displayed the utmost professionalism. They definitely know what they are doing and I will be recommending everyone to East Hills moving forward.

Kez was super helpful and friendly (we had an email exchange that was extremely lengthy, but she was incredibly patient with ALL of my questions)! She made buying my first car a great experience and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. She didn’t push me to purchase right away, as a lot of other dealerships tend to do that. Sol (the business manager) was super transparent in helping me select a payment plan that worked for me. He understood my needs as a student and helped explain everything in a way that made sense! Thanks for making my first car experience pretty transparent and informative!
