I had my septic replaced by Boswell, it was done in one day, very professional company. Also I have them to service my septic. Very friendly people, they treat you with respect. I trust them 100%., The only company I trust. I recommend them to anyone.

My pump died and Boswell came over to pump the tank. He really did a great job explaining everything. Also a Really nice guy and does great work.
Absolutely amazing service and prompt responses. I sent an inquiry late last night and received a response within a couple of hours. Scheduled for next day for emergency service. Even with our driveway being terrible for big trucks he made it up and got everything working. Absolutely would recommend.
I could not have been more impressed with the service I received today. Emailed late last night (after business hours) to request service. Received a follow up call at 6:30 this morning and had service by 7 am. Incredible! Tim was friendly, efficient and thorough. I was closing on my house and needed some work on my septic system as per home inspection report in order to close. I had used Bodwell Septic a couple of times in the past to pump out my tank and was pleased with them. I called them hoping they could help me out in a short period of time knowing they were busy but I had to get things fixed in order to close on the house. They were exceptional! Even though they had such a busy schedule they managed to rearrange things to take care of us even to the point that the owner came out himself to do the repairs. This is what I call professional service and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!
