I am taking time from prepping Thanksgiving food for tomorrow to write this review. I can not say enough about the tech Drew , who worked on two parts of this involved job . I had a dry well installed that was done correctly but turned out to not be sufficient for the extensive water treatment systems I had to install due to my well. Steve was very responsive to the problem that developed and we worked out a great solution .Today , the day before Thanksgiving !!! they returned ,worked many hrs and solved my problem. Drew, the tech is very knowledgeable , professional and a hard worker. There were also two others who came to do some aspects of the job and they too were great. And , as we are all concerned about Covid at this point, everyone who showed up took the precautions very seriously ! I would definitely recommend Septic Pro.
