Tried emailing with a question about my order. 24 hours later no answer. When I didn’t get an email back, I called. No one answered. I called 20 times in the span of an hour with no information or response. If you are going to spend on flowers (or anything else for that matter), you should expect actual customer service. Very displeased with your service.
