I was honestly skeptical when I started to read all the bad reviews left on different pages, but I had already spoke to Craig and he seemed to know what he was doing so I let Eastex fix my 2014 Volkswagen after an accident. Craig initially helped me by filling my claim and explaining the process on everything. After my Insurance did the estimate JC immediately started sending me text reminders of all the process which is AWESOME. The first date when my car was supposed to be finish did change by a week , but that was because there were some electrical issues, but I'm so grateful that JC and Craig went above and beyond to get my car looking how it used to. All the parts are originals no aftermarket ,etc. THANKS GUYS !!!

If your vehicle is towed here they will steal all valuable I have filed a complaint with TDLR and if it happens to u u need to report them .
